Top City-I’s developer is Dynast Associates is an Islamabad-based construction company. They are a team of professionals who focuses on customers’ need. They have developed many mega projects in the twin city of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Here is a list of some of the project's most notable attributes, which together provide a very thorough justification for selecting TopCity-1.
As the name implies, Kunwar Moeez Khan is the owner of KMK Towers, one of the largest residential developments in Top City-1 Islamabad. The project consists mostly of 4 residential buildings in Block C overlooking Islamabad's Motorway M-2. The project will cover a total of 44 kanals of land, with each tower scheduled to take up 11 kanals. A masterwork of contemporary architecture is KMK Towers. The idea of high-rise vertical living is in line with the government's objective to halt city expansion on a horizontal axis. Vertical living is now a more financially realistic choice because to rising land and building costs. Each residential skyscraper in KMK has a ground + 15-story height, two parking levels in the basement, and big, opulent penthouses on the top floor. By March 2024, the first residential tower is expected to be completed, and the remaining towers will be delivered by 2025*.
